But I couldn't finish the installation, not even the Step 1 (database) I have a domain hosted by Godaddy.com and I have setup a MySQL 4.1 and MySQL 5.0 But both not work for the installation. I got his error: There was a problem connecting to the database server. The following error had occured: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client Please verify the connection parameters and try again. Platform: Windows IIS 6.0 OsCommerce ver: osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 RC2a Released MySQL v4.1 or v5.0 Anyone know got a solution for this case, greatly apprecaited Speedytinker :huh: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
