Hi,

Well ive had my shop up and running for a few months now and was trying to install the headertags contribution and after so many failed attempts i decided to reinstall oscommerce and begin again with my site. I then proceeded to add the contribution as per instructions and then remove the oscommerce bits and bobs from the original frontpage ....i have added a couple of products and then tested my shopping cart which doesnt work now....i click on create an account and it says page not found, it does this on the my account page and also checkout page.......does anyone know what page i must alter to fix this and also if there was anything i needed to do when i set up a fresh shop that if not done would creat this problem.

Regards

Donna

incorrectly setup the https address.

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

One of two things.

Either the SSL URL isn't correct (like Alex said):

https://web231.secure-secure.co.uk/superpettoysrus.com/login.php

Or something's FUBAR with the server settings.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

You have to ask your host what the shared SSL address is for your site, then alter the /includes/configure.php and /admin/includes/configure.php file(s)
