Guest Posted June 6, 2009 Share Posted June 6, 2009 Hey everyone, Just a quick query really. osCommerce has been running on one of our client's sites for well over a year now with no problems. However, yesterday they called our office and said that when their clients have submitted their order - some orders show as normal, but others don't show up at all. The first thing that our client knows is when their client calls up wanting to know where their goods are. Has anyone come across this occurence before, and do you have any suggestions as to what is causing it, and how we may remedy it! ♥kymation Posted June 9, 2009 Share Posted June 9, 2009 Orders have sequential order numbers, so the first thing to look at is the orders table in the database. Are there any missing numbers? If not, can you find the missing orders in that table by number? If the data is missing from the database you might want to disable the Delete button in the Orders admin.
