Adjust text on the shipping_checkout page.

Background-I've duplicated the FLAT RATE module a number of times and everything is working fine.

 

Present Situation-On the checkout_shipping page, each shipping method has two lines. This takes up space so the customer has to scroll down to click the continue button.

 

Objective-I'd like to remove the blank line where the FLAT RATE text is usually located.
