Adding New Links On Each Subcategory Page?

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to add one link to each subcategory product listing page. Like for instance at this page here: http://westernmanufacturing.net/catalog/in...php?cPath=21_31 underneath the word "Attachments" I need to add some text along the lines of "Click here to view the Parts Breakdown for Attachments." I need that on every subcategory product listing page and the text needs to change according to the title of the subcategory. What I need the link to do is pop-up in a separate, smaller window that loads a picture of the parts breakdown for the specific subcategory.

 

Does this make sense? Would anyone know how to do that? I would appreciate the help so much.
