egotomato Posted June 4, 2009 Posted June 4, 2009 ok i seem to get almost everything working fine except for this. essentially, when you add a new product, the last box is the "Product Weight". Question is what unit is it in? grams? or kilograms? or ounce? or pounds? with that established, ive activated the zone rate charges, which does not seem to correspond with the "product weight", thus leading to wrong shipping charges. can someone help? :lol:

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
