Need help on pay balance add on

I need some help here!

I need a pay balance module, which allow customer to pay balance without selecting item to purchase.

 

For example:

 

the correct total should be paid is $400 but owner insert wrong prices and cause the total displayed for customer to pay is only $300

so there is balance $100.

When customer wish to pay this balance they do not need to select the product that cost $100 but can directly pay $100 only without selecting any product

 

Is any of the add on exist that can do this? please help T.T
