missmolly Posted June 4, 2009 Posted June 4, 2009 Hope someone out there can help me. :blush: I'm setting up my new store and each product can be shipped or downloaded as per customers preferance. My question is this: Is it possible to do a shipping option called DOWNLOAD or similar - of course there is no shipping charges on virtual products. The only way that I can make this work is through Product Attributes, then do 2 entries for the same item - ship and download -painful as there are over 500 products to list!! I understand that I need to link to the download item, so I can work with that.. However, if the customer forgets to select 'download' on each product, then they cant change shipping preferances in their "Shipping Information" screen en bulk (most will buy more than 1 item). Is there any way that I can perhaps modify one of the existitg Shipping Options to do this? (I'm only using Zone Rates) - my coding skills are extremely basic but can follow instructions.
