rustyclockwork Posted June 4, 2009 Share Posted June 4, 2009 A customer from Florida was charged my state's (Indiana) sales tax. I had previously used PlugnPay with no problems whatsoever, and I recently switched to Authorize.net's AIM module, and the first online customer to use it gets charged my state's sales tax, even though he ordered from Florida. I've looked over all the general settings in many areas. Everything seems to be set up correctly. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
