kelsofield Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 started recently getting incomplete order information and went to test my site and it completely skips over shipping and payment options. The user logs in fine @ /catalog/login.php This page is completely ignored @ /catalog/checkout_shipping.php This page is completely ignored @ /catalog/checkout_payment.php This page displays customer and address info fine @ /catalog/checkout_confirmation.php This page shows order complete fine @ /catalog/checkout_success.php The order information is captured in the admin customer orders. The additional email we receive includes the order info without the shipping and payment information. I looked in the admin - modules - payment: none of the modules are there anymore, just a path and an install + button with no modules I looked in the admin - modules - shipping: none of the modules are there anymore, just a path an install + button with no modules I looked in the admin - modules - order_total: none of the modules are there anymore, just a path an install + button with no modules The path for each module exists in the file structure on the site. No modifications have been made in code for months. The only thing I'm aware of is the hosting company upgraded to PHP 5.2.9-2 and Zend 3.3.3 last week but its been working ok for the week since that upgrade. Is this a database issue? Or a file structure issue? Or has anyone else experienced this problem?
