Does anyone know how to get rid of the "create account" option during checkout?

Does anyone happen to know how to get rid of / disable that annoying "create account" option that is right up top during checkout? I really want to get rid of it becuase personally, whenever I see "create account" when I am trying to buy something, it REALLY irritates the heck out of me!

 

I definitely just want it GONE completely, but I have yet to find any way to disable it! And unfortunately I have yet to find anyone that even knows HOW to get rid of it as well :(

ive just installed this and love it, i dont want members so this is PERFECT!
