immediate help requested - footer.php file dropped in the wrong location now cannot connect

I was installing Google Analytics and accidentally dropped the footer.php file into the wrong folder (it is no longer in public_html/catalog/includes/ like it should be) As soon as I saw this, my FTP client software (Cyberduck) uploaded the file before I could correct it. Now I cannot connect to my site, and when I try to log in via Cyberduck I get an error that says: Network Error: Connection failed.
