kamoljan Posted May 31, 2009 Share Posted May 31, 2009 Hi all, Situation: In my site, I have shipping fee(Normal Shipping and Express Shipping) and this rules for all countries user. Problem: Some user passed this shipping fee and all of them are users from France. And this problem started recently. Can anybody give a suggestion? kamoljan Posted June 2, 2009 Author Share Posted June 2, 2009 Actually the problem was in not configuration - in source code. Charset was UTF-8, but french language still in ISO. That's made the issue and it is not visible in any logs. Please, check Your charset and convert all of them properly.
