westkoast Posted February 9, 2003 Share Posted February 9, 2003 We've pretty heavily modified out checkout process to not resemble anything but a "standard" shopping cart. So when customers sign up, they are getting an email say "you have signed up for this, that, etc." and we've had a few people reply saying the didn't want to sign up for all the osc options. Basically, my thoughts here are keep all the "bells and whistles" attached to their email when the create an acct. but just don't tell them about it, or word it differently So, where do I disable the "signed up" email, but NOT disable the "order" email. I'd still like customers to know that they have ordered sucessfully! I need to read the rules more often... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
