Advice on how to use the search function?

When I go to advanced search and I enter 2 words (eg. delete field) and select "exact match" and "search in titles", I don't get titles with "delete field". In fact no tiles have the word field in them.

 

There are lots of great addons and resonses in the forum but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I'm spending an hour searching on the forums to every 5 minutes working on my site.
