Problem with UPS Choice v1.8.3.1

I just installed the UPS Choice v1.8.3.1 shipping module. As you can see from the screenshot, when I go to the Shipping Methods it displays the UPS shipping as an available choice, but there are no shipping options displayed to choose from.

I made sure that I selected the UPS service types the I wanted and clicked Update....still no UPS shipping options to choose from. I don't know if it makes a difference, but when I go back to the Shipping Modules in my OSCommerce Admin page there are no service types selected.

 

Also, why does it display (1 x 15lbs.) next to the shippers? I saw from another post where someone suggested to adjust the "tare weight", but I cannot find that option on the OSC Admin page.

Any ideas on this guys or gals? I followed the install instructions to the letter, but still cannot get the UPS shipping choices to display. Anyone ever dealt with a similar problem? I did my due diligence and researched to see if anyone else had had a similar issue, but I couldn't find anything on the Forums.
