Guest Posted May 29, 2009 Share Posted May 29, 2009 having a problem with products not deleting. in one of my categories in the admin panel if I click on the category to highlight it shows in the info box on the right (edit, delete, move etc..) at the bottom of the box it says sub categories 3, products 12. but if I open the category to view the products I have only 2. as well I have a total of 3 products up so far in my entire site, as I said above I have deleted all product from the admin panel. yet when I click on my new product navbar link I get 6 pages of template default products. anyone know why? or how to fix? Guest Posted May 29, 2009 Share Posted May 29, 2009 ok I think I just found my problem apparently my osC admin panel is not deleting categories and products from my DB when I delete them from the admin panel. when I go into phpmyadmin it still has all the original default categories and products as well as anything I have added. is this a bug or something that I don't have configured properly?
