I want pop-up errors! Why am I not getting errors on my site?

If you type in the wrong info on create_account you get a nice gray pop up that says you have an error with the information you submitted. If you make an error on any other page you get the Triangle error gif and a cheesy red line across the screen. How can I make all errors, pop-up errors?
