FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it!

Common problem, rather than repeat solution try using google

site:www.oscommerce.com/forums FATAL ERROR: register_globals

Most problems can be resolved this way.

Spencer,

All contributions are dated. You should use the most current date of the most stable release of each contribution. For some contributions, this is trial and error. With STS however, the most stable is always the most current release (STSv4.5.8).

Looks like you installed an out-dated version. The latest STSv4.5.8 does not make any modifications to any of the two configure.php files.

Use the links in my signature below to download the latest as well use the correct STS Support thread (STSv4 Forum).
