Customer Order Email Not Being Sent

I have had an oscommerce site running successfully for the last seven months. Two days I got confirmation of payment for an order but did not receive the email detailing the customers address and what products the customer ordered. I have the money in my bank AC but not details of what the customer ordered. This has happened with two orders in the last two days. I am using PX Pay secure credit card payment module.

 

If the money had been successfully transferred to the bank AC, then the customer must have selected items and gone through the check out.

 

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any clues to what is happening here would be gratfully received. I am using ver 2.2

Im sure you will find them orders proably in customers_basket table if not try orders table, you will need the customers ID to match orders with cust, does that payment processor auto transfer them back to your site to complete order? or sends a confirmation back to your site to finish order off?
