Does Any one know what contribution these are?

Ok i found this shop and i was curious to know if anyone knew what oscommerce contribution this is or something like it basically i want to duplicate something close to the whole left column. But most importantly i really need the alphabetical letter browse box . Also the scrolling categories i want to duplicate something very similar if you know of these contributions please let me know thanks to any one who helps.
