PayPal Shopping Cart IPN v3.1.5

Hello,

 

I'm using PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN_v3.1.5 contribution. If I have an order On Hold and need to click Accept button on orders.php page, it gives me the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_get_address_format_id() in /var/www/shop/includes/modules/payment/paypal/functions/addressbook.func.php on line 20
