IMPORTANT PROBLEM: cancel and return adds the order in the DB

We're having a major problem with Paypal Standard Payment module. When the user clicks on confirm order on checkout_confirmation.php, he goes to Paypal's website. From there, if he clicks on 'Cancel and Return to Merchant site" or on his browser Back button, the system inserts the order in the database, where it shouldn't.

This is a major bug, please help out. I'm unable to locate the problem...

Paypal Standard Payment module

modify the PayPal standard module or simply install the PayPal module.

Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here!

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.

Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.

Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.

I know the problem is there. I've been looking in it for more than hours and can't find the origin of the bug... How can it be solved?

I know PHP and oscommerce enough to do it on my side, but I'm not finding this one.
