Can I use my own, pre-existing web design with osCommerce, without any templates?

I already have my website design and layout (all with CSS) but now I want to add shopping cart software to it. So I don't want to abandon my website (which I already paid money to design) and replace it with a shopping cart template. Is there a way to use osCommerce software with an existing website? I apologize if it's a dumb question. I have some experience with HTML and PHP and not worried about doing some of that work myself. Thank you in advance for your answerers!

Easiest solution install STS or BTS from contributions then you can use same layout
