mkaening
Hi, when adding a new article I'd like to assign the corresponding image. For some reason I'd have to upload the image when editing the article... How can I reuse an image already present in some folder of the server's images directory? I can't believe that I'd have to trick this using phpMyAdmin or another mysql client... :) Greets, Marko

mkaening
by defualt yes!But there are contributions for image managers you could use. Take a look in the contributions area Nic I tested two image managers. One called "Image Manager" (V1.1), the second "image_manager" (V1.2). Well, both did only HALF the job. "Image Manager" (V1.1): :) upload worked nicely :) cool manager allows to rename files and stuff :( it's impossible to select images already present on server "image_manager" (V1.2): :) here it is possible to select images present on the server :( upload didn't work I am stuck here. I also didn't like the way especially the V1.2 installed itself. During install you'd have to overwrite files like categories.php and manufacturers.php, but these files were of an older date than the files in my osc V2.2 RC2... I wonder whether there is a cleaner way to install such kind of contributions... Anyway, I am stuck. What I'd like is a combination of these two: cool manager of imV1.1 and selection of locally existing images on server of IMV1.2... Any hints?
