How to fixed duplicate catalog in Printable Catalog Addon

I have find out some post that give me some idea to fixed the duplicate catalog problem http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=273051

 

 

Finally i just add some code into catalog/print_catalog.php

Find :
