SWREG payment processor payment module

Is anyone out there brilliant enough to write a payment module for SWREG a shareware software payment processor.

They have a simple set of instructions for passing information to their systems.

The command set is small, im sure someone is up for the task.

Im sure to the pro guys here this is easy, but for an amatuer in php, mysql and Oscommerce i dont have the grasp for it myself.
