bluedogpcs Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 Just installed OSCommerce on my site and this comes up along the top "Warning Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/blu48974/public_html/shop/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file." I looked around and its to do with permissions so I go in and make the changes but it wont stay changed and the message keeps appearing. Any ideas
Guest Posted May 22, 2009 Posted May 22, 2009 How are you trying to change them? You might have to change them through File manager in your Cpanel for them to stick.

♥geoffreywalton Posted May 23, 2009 Posted May 23, 2009 Try through the file manager in your hosts control panel. If that doesn't work call their help desk.
