Fatal Error - tep_show_category() previously declared

I am getting a problem on certain pages of my site for advanced_search.php, customer_account.php, etc, etc. The error is:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_show_category() (previously declared in /home/amntajfb/public_html/test9/includes/header.php:159) in /home/amntajfb/public_html/test9/includes/boxes/categories.php on line 59

 

the url is http://test9.strattapparel.com (site is not live yet, but it's up)

Problem solved: My template used the header for the left column, and my info pages were referencing column_left.php when it shouldn't have been.
