My checkout is not working properly

Hello,

 

When I complete the payment information form near the bottom of the Order Confirmation page of my OSC shopping cart and then click on the "confirm order" button at the bottom of the page to process to next part of checking out or finishing the payment process, I get bounce back two previous pages to the What's In My Cart? page.

 

On the What's In My Cart? page, there are two buttons to click on in order to process on with the checking our process. One is the "checkout" button which eventually takes me to the Order Confirmation page and the other button is a "Checkout with PayPal" button. The "checkout" button option is the one that keeps looping me back to the What's In My Cart? page. The other button, "Checkout with PayPal", doesn't do anything when I click on it.

 

Can anyone tell why this is happening and how it might be corrected? I really would appreciate any assistance with this.
