roughrider Posted May 21, 2009 Share Posted May 21, 2009 my store has 150k+ products, 1000s of categories & adding, copying to & editing in admin/categories.php takes forever. And it'a all down to the "Go To" & "Copy To" dropdown menus. When I'm editing items now I remove the "Go To" dropdown menu and it takes a split second to edit any one item and it's twice as fast to copy an item. Obviously the "Go To" & "Copy To" dropdown menus are the same thing = "categories tree" If there was a way to split the tree, chop it up or a way of compressing this tree.... admin/categories would fly.
