I found I could set up a coupon code for free shipping and I could assign certain items or categories to it which is perfect, but I don't want to make my customer have to put in a coupon code. I also noticed I could set up a discount for new customers but it doesn't work with all customers. How can I set up a global discount for free shipping for certain items to where my customer doesn't have to put in a code or the code is automatically filled in. Thanks for any help. Guest Posted May 21, 2009 Share Posted May 21, 2009 The easiest way would be to use the ship by weight feature and set the free items to a high weight, i.e. 1000g:£2.00, 2000g:4.00,20000:0.00 That would give you free shipping for certain products.
