magicandmischief182 Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 I've noticed that I get a lot of customers go all the way to checkout_shipping.php to see how much an item is but then they never place the order. Guest Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 There is not a "specific" contrib, however, using different tools, you can definitely track this to recover sales. Using the contrib "recovering cart sales" or "abandoned carts" (I forget what it's called), you can see WHAT a customer had in their cart, as well as their info. This can help you determine if your shipping costs are too high, etc, etc. For some people, it may be an issue of having too many pages to navigate. Indicating something simple like page 1/x will help customers see the issue, or using the "simple checkout" module to place all stages of checkout on 1-2 pages. Sorry I can't be of more assistance.
