No website unless admin

I am wondering if any one else has had this problem.

 

My site was running fine until this evening then I started getting this error:

 

1146 - Table 'lakeside_shop.TABLE_LANGUAGES' doesn't exist

 

select languages_id, name, code, image, directory from TABLE_LANGUAGES where code = 'en'

 

[TEP STOP]

But I can get to it fine from the admin control panel.
