How to display new products page by page?

Hi, everybody,

 

Since I have many new products sometimes, say, 1000 products, I need to display them all in the new products module. However, the current new products module can't display them page by page---the only way to display them all is to display them in a single long long page and therefore makes page look ugly---how to fix it?

 

My second question is, sometimes, i need to display the new product not only for the current month, but also for last several months, even the whole year--how to set how recent or old products to display in the new products module?
