kirkdickinson Posted May 19, 2009 Share Posted May 19, 2009 (edited) I have a few items that are in our cart that have to be drop shipped from the manufacturer. I got an order today and they were mixed with the items that we ship from here. The customer's PayPal has already been charged. I am either going to have to eat the shipping and not make any money on this order, or I will have to go through the embarrassment of calling them and asking for more money to cover the separate shipments. How can I at least force certain items to always be packaged separately? I am using the UPS XML shipping module.
