accordbt Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 I have a problem ... every day all my products go inactive (red dot), and i have to click them again to put them on active (green dot). Each day a open my PC and check os commerce all are inactive and last week worked just fine... what happened ?!?! I really appreciate any help! thanks

Change the 2 configure files to use these connection settings. Test the site still works. When the site works delete the original db user in phpmyadmin. At the same time I'd look for all update statements on your site and see if any set the active flag to deactivate. accordbt Posted May 21, 2009 Author Posted May 21, 2009 wow!! i think that's a little too complicated for me ... i'm just saying that my password is secure and nobody is entering my account. all these problems happened out of the blue. i did't made any config changes . i just uploaded a product on my website, and the next day BOOM!!! all my products gone inactive
