Adding a new page?

Hi all,

 

I am wanting to add a "Authenticity Guarantee" page to my site, which may include images also, firstly how do i go about adding a new page to my site, and how do i add images into that page"

I want the link for the new page on the Nav bar after the Contact link.

 

Any help would be appreciated, I am fairly new to osCommerce, but not a novice.
