Hi All,

 

Please can someone advise how to fix this issue? I am running PHP on windows box with MySQL version 5.0.

 

I am getting the following error message on the first step of DB installation...

 

 

 

There was a problem connecting to the database server. The following error had occured:

 

Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client

 

Please verify the connection parameters and try again.
