Undefined index: title

I'm a new user and I was really proud to get everything set up and running with a new template. I entered a couple categories and items, but can't successfully check out. The standard final checkout confirmation page does appear, but the layout is a little messed up and the following error occurs:

 

: Undefined index: title in Z:\www\catalog\includes\classes\shopping_cart.php on line 810

 

I'm only running locally right now, so I can't link to the cart. Has anybody seen this happen and do you possibly have a solution or workaround? Thanks! :)

Here's a copy of the error log. Hopefully this helps. I'm using osCommerce 3.0 Alpha 5 with Uniserver 4.1 for Apache, PHP, and MySQL.
