Fatal Error..

Im getting this error when i visit the main homepage

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_href_link() in /home/sites/cheapgalore.co.uk/public_html/includes/application_top.php on line 474

 

ive tried looking for the text in the above file and delete it, then i get this error..

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_image() in /home/sites/cheapgalore.co.uk/public_html/includes/classes/message_stack.php on line 41

 

 

i dont know whats gone wrong or where

re-upload catalog/includes/functions/html_output.php its either missing or corrupted
