Take a look at this site. They have a feedback.php page that I think is a great idea... they customers say a few kind words and even add pictures. I am not sure if it's a guestbook or what it is really but I would like to INC to my site...

Hmmm I don't really want to use something that has the automatic scrolling... I like the idea of it being like the testimonial manager. Where some one can put in their input and even added a few pictures. hmmmm would be nifty... maybe someone who is advanced in writing scripts could make it a contrib.
