Guest Posted May 14, 2009 Posted May 14, 2009 This is one of those issues I've seen mentioned several times, but I haven't been able to find a solution. My order, invoice, and packing slip pages do not show any customer information. The information does display in emails, the customer account, and the orders table in the database. Looking at the code for the three affected pages, I can see where the missing information is being referenced...but I have no clue as to where the breakdown is when these pages are displayed. The headers for each section (i.e. Bill to, ship to) display...it's the customer info that's missing. My osC version is 2.2 RC2a. I've got a week before my shop opens...any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure if this is your issue or not, but if the address information is missing, check the address format selected for the Country in question in Admin -> Locations/Taxes. For example, the setting I use for the U.S. is 6. If I set it to 1, the address information disappears on the invoice, packing slip, and address book even though it is in the database table.

I saw a reference to this possible fix last night. My format only goes up to 4 for some reason. Regardless, I've tried all four formats with no success.
