Guest Posted May 13, 2009 Posted May 13, 2009 Hi osc users, Once again i need some help from the forum. I have "copied" one of my (clients) existing shop and installed it on another server. Well ofcourse i run into some problems, but fixed them all, well almost fixed them all. I have one more problem which i cant seem to figure out. Problem: When i order a product and go to check out, I create a new account, fill all details in and go to the next step, checkout_shipping. But i don't see my shipping address, and when i want to change it, i only see empty fields! Then when i again fill out the form, and again go to checkout_shipping, still no shipping address is shown. So, i checked the databaset to see if account was created correctly, well it did! Everything in database is ok. All my details are in here. So how come it is not showing up at the checkout pages, NO shipping address is shown and NO invoice address is shown. Does anyone have any clue where i should look for to fix this strange problem?? You can access the address format table in your database to see what the option numbers are and how they differ. Another place to look to see if it's set up right is your address book entries when logged in to your catalog. Only the company name, if any, will show up (unless you choose the edit function) if not properly configured.

Well, I also deleted the address format information in Database, this was causing the problems. So i just put back the right information of the working shop and now the addresses show up again! Thanks for putting me in the good directions, otherwise i would have been searching for many more hours :) Regards, Rob Veraar
