Buy $25 get 50% off these items

I am trying to create a coupon that says, Buy $25 or more and receive 50% off all treats. Is this possible? When I tried it, I excluded all of the items except for those 4. What ends up happening is that you have to purchase $25 worth of the treats instead of just spending $25 total to get the 50% off. Does anybody have any suggestions or is this just a limitation to the addon?

Try contribution from here http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/4269 it uses order total so if amount is$25 you can give them 50% discount you install it under order totals in admin

 

3.33 might be best bet can try auto installer if you want
