java script wont allow anything to appear to the right

and it opens a java script window, however, when i put this iframe in to the usual spot on on my middle concole, it pushes everything to the right, right out of the way; so in the end the text thats meant to appear along side the window appears beneath it, and the right hand column end up on the left beneath everything.

 

I am really stuck on how to solve this.

I would be very greatful if some wise sole would guide me.
