Here's the error message I'm getting: Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/usr/local/mysql-5.0/data/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/m/a/n/manwhore0507/html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! ricksteruk2005 Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 check your admin/includes/configure.php and the includes/configure.php file make sure the database settings are correct at the bottom of the file. I made sure the dbase username and pass were correct, but still can't access the admin area. Looking at the configure.php file, I don't see an admin login credentials listed, could this be the problem, and if so, what is the correct language to use for it?
