Problems with external Domains on E-mails ntifications

I try to send a test from the newsletter to a external e-mail acount (gmail, yahoo, etc...) and the message lost, never arrives to the email acount. Then I send another test to my account that have the same domain of the web page (local acount) I recive all the information.

 

My versión of OS is 2.2 MS2.

Now I know that my problem is that I need to use SMTP, but the problem is that How I can Configure the Autentification Server for SMTP????
