admin panel not accessible

My provider has upgraded to PHP5 and made some security changes, so now my shop from 2004 wont let me in to the admin panel - I just get an empty page - no code at all -and the url is catalog/admin/index_login.php?ALE=0

The shop itself is working, pages are shown.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

How do I see the exact version af OsCommerce that I am using? Need to know if I am going to upgrade OsCom
