auto installer discount coupon codes

hi, i just installed this contrib:

 

Auto Installer script for Discount Coupon Codes 3.32 Pektsekye 1 May 2009

it is working just fine except for when customers enter a coupon code to receive the discount, it is applied, however the order in the admin side is showing up BLANK.

All the items the customer ordered are not showing in the admin panel for their order, please see the screen shot

here is the image of the side panel, looks like there is 2 duplicate links on there :

this is only happening when customers enter a code in the coupons code area

 

if customer does not enter any coupon code, the order is received 100% perfect in the admin panel

 

 

can someone please help i didnt find the thread for this contribution on here?

I just noticed that under my coupons configuration in the admin, i had the Debugt set to TRUE

 

i set the debug to FALSE and placed and order

 

i received this error:

 

 

1062 - Duplicate entry '5CAPSMIXFREE20-6081' for key 1

 

insert into discount_coupons_to_orders (coupons_id, orders_id) values ('COUPON332', '6081')

 

[TEP STOP]

 

 

 

for some reason now, i set it back to "TRUE" and i am receiving the error above, so now the coupon code contrib is not working at all!

 

please help, i have disabled the coupon codes because no orders are being placed

 

P.S. I TRIED THE COUPON CODES BEFORE AND IT WAS WORKING FINE, AND NOW FOR SOME REASON AFTER I EDITED THE DEBUG TO FALSE , AND NOW BACK TO TRUE , BOTH OF THESE ARE GIVING THE ERROR ABOVE. I AM NOT SURE IF THE ERROR IS ONLY SHOWING SOMETIMES, BECAUSE I DID RECEIVE A FEW ORDERS TODAY, AND THE ONES THAT ENTERED THE COUPON WERE MISSING ALL THE INFORMATION (SEE SCREEN SHOT ON POST 1) AND THE ONES THAT DID NOT ENTER THE COUPON CODE, THE ORDER WAS PLACES FINE AND RECEIVED PERFECT ALSO.
